環球廚神.國際挑戰賽
「環球廚神.國際挑戰賽」由陳植漢大師於2010年創辦,是全球最具影響力的烹飪賽事之一。賽事最初由《環球Gourmet》雜誌主辦(2010-2014年),2015年起由「環球廚神國際專業協會」接棒主辦,進一步提升其專業性與國際影響力。多年來,賽事致力於推動國際飲食文化交流、提升餐飲行業專業水準,並挖掘新一代廚藝人才,吸引了來自20多個國家的星級名廚、評判及參賽選手,總參與人數超過3,500人,包括米其林星級名廚及餐飲業精英,成為全球廚藝界的標杆盛事。
Gourmet Master Chefs.Global Challenge
“Gourmet Master Chefs.Global Challenge”, founded by Master Louis Chan in 2010, is a world-class culinary competition. Initially run by “環球 Gourmet” magazine (2010-2014), it has been organized by the International Association of Gourmet Master Chefs & Hospitality Executives since 2015. The competition promotes global culinary exchange and professional development, attracting over 3,500 top chefs and industry experts from 20+ countries, including Michelin-starred talents, making it a premier event in the culinary world.
賽事亮點包括:
- 2018年首次沖出香港,與中國台灣基隆市政府合辦「環球廚神.國際挑戰賽2018」台灣站總決賽
- 「環球廚神.國際挑戰賽2019」年北京總決賽:被列為慶祝國家成立70周年的官方慶祝活動之一

- 「環球廚神.國際挑戰賽2024」泰國總決賽:首次沖出中國,與泰國IMPACT集團、National Food Institute of Thailand, Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand, Blue Elephant Group, 北京中瑞酒店管理學院, 香港稻香集團攜手合辦,彙聚18個國家/地區頂尖廚藝人才,融合中西泰文化,完美詮釋「環球廚神」理念。
Competition Highlights Include:
- 2018: The competition expanded beyond Hong Kong for the first time, co-organizing the GMC 2018 Grand Finale in Taiwan with the Keelung Government in China Taiwan
- 2019: The GMC 2019 Grand Finale in Beijing was recognized as an official event celebrating the 70th anniversary of the People's Republic of China
- 2023: The GMC Grand Finale in China, co-hosted with Dongguan Government and Tao Heung Group, garnered major media coverage and 10M+ online views, highlighting its massive impact
- 2024: The GMC 2024 Grand Finale in Thailand, Breaking new ground with its first overseas edition, this premier culinary competition partners with Thailand's IMPACT Group, National Food Institute of Thailand, Lenôtre Culinary Arts School Thailand, Blue Elephant Group, Beijing Hospitality Institute, and Hong Kong Tao Heung Group. The event will unite elite culinary talents from 18 countries/regions, showcasing an extraordinary fusion of Chinese, Western and Thai gastronomic traditions that truly embodies the spirit of “Gourmet Master Chefs”.

「環球廚神國際專業協會」是由陳植漢大師於2015年創辦的國際性餐飲酒店旅遊專業團體,總部位於香港。協會匯聚了來自21個國家、超過百位成員,包括米芝蓮星級名廚、品酒師、餐飲廚藝協會、酒店旅遊管理學院、國際品牌供應商,以及酒店及餐飲集團的精英與投資者。
The International Association of Gourmet Master Chefs & Hospitality Executives
Founded in 2015 by Master Chef Louis Chan, the International Association of Gourmet Master Chefs & Hospitality Executives is an international culinary, hospitality, and tourism organization headquartered in Hong Kong. The association brings together over 100 elite members from 21 countries, including Michelin-starred chefs, sommeliers, culinary associations, hospitality and tourism institutes, international suppliers, as well as executives and investors from leading hotel and restaurant groups.
協會宗旨:
- 推動廚藝傳承與餐飲管理專業化,凝聚業內精英,弘揚慈善精神。
- 主辦「環球廚神.國際挑戰賽」,並舉辦相關餐飲專業培訓,提拔後進。
- 積極舉辦慈善活動,支持年輕廚師發展,提升協會國際形象與專業地位。

《環球Gourmet》The Authoritative Magazine Leading Culinary Trends
《環球Gourmet》magazine was launched in Hong Kong in 2004, focusing on food and travel, and quickly became an industry leader. The magazine is distributed for free to hundreds of restaurant chains across Hong Kong, and is also directly delivered to the management teams of F&B suppliers, associations, hotels, and catering groups, boasting over 40,000 readers.《環球Gourmet》has won the “GOURMAND World's Best Food Magazine” award for the Hong Kong region in both 2011 and 2014, a testament to its excellence in reporting on international cuisine, culinary trends, and curated recipes. In July 2023, 《環球Gourmet》105th issue was relaunched in a brand-new, dazzling format. The 107th special issue is set to be unveiled at the press conference for the Gourmet Master Chefs.Global Challenge 2025.Grand Finale in Beijing, where it will share major information about this global event. 「環球廚神」實力堅強 勇奪多項國際大獎
是次比賽由「環球廚神(國際)餐飲管理有限公司」(前身為美味傳訊)擔任執行機構,自2006年起出版多本專業食譜及書籍,獲獎無數,得到全球餐飲界廣泛認同。2009年首度以《香港名廚點將錄 2》參展即勇奪「最佳專業食譜.全球第三名」;2014年受香港政府委託,出版全港唯一的官方餐飲歷史書《老港滋味》,勇奪THE GOURMAND WORLD COOKBOOK AWARDS 2014年度THE BEST CULINARY HISTORY BOOK世界冠軍!2016年再接再厲,聯同世界多位名廚攜手出版《環球廚神.世界慈善名廚點將錄》,勇奪2016年度THE BEST FUND RAISING BOOK亞洲冠軍,並為香港保良局總共籌得港幣$294,147.6。成為全港於THE GOURMAND WORLD COOKBOOK AWARDS獲獎最多的香港出版商,為港增光!
Gourmet Master Chefs – A Powerhouse Winning Multiple International Awards
The Gourmet Master Chefs (International) Management Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Deli Communications) is the executing agency behind this competition. Since 2006, the company has published numerous professional cookbooks and books, winning countless awards and gaining widespread recognition in the global catering industry. In 2009, the very first entry, “Hong Kong Master Chefs Professional Cookbook 2”, immediately won the “Best Professional Cookbook - 3rd in the World” award. In 2014, commissioned by the Hong Kong government, to published the only official catering history book “The Taste of Old Hong Kong”, which went on to win the GOURMAND WORLD COOKBOOK AWARDS 2014 title of THE BEST CULINARY HISTORY BOOK in the world. In 2016 we collaborated with renowned chefs worldwide to publish “Gourmet Master Chefs.Charity Chefs Professional Cookbook”, which won the BEST FUND RAISING BOOK in Asia and raised HK$294,147.6 for the Po Leung Kuk charity in Hong Kong. This solidifies our position as the Hong Kong publisher with the most awards from THE GOURMAND WORLD COOKBOOK AWARDS, bringing great honor to the city.
